Some of the countries I lived in were; the UK, Cyprus, Spain, Canada, the USA, however most of my life in UAE Given my B.Sc is in Financial Management, I joint the banking industry in 1995. I have over 28 years of banking experience in different sectors. My most recent role (6Y+) is focused primarily on Human Resources Governance, HR Operational Risks & Controls, and HR Business Partner for the international branches. I am a CIPD-certified member since 2019 and a Certified Operational Risk Professional since 2017Among my responsibilities, I provide the foundation to reduce operational risks through risk identification, risk assessment, measurement and mitigating controls across all HR functions, as well as monitoring and reporting. Mitigate fraud risk across the organization. Ensure compliance with the regulator and audit through successful closure of any identified audit and regulations gapsPolicies and Procedures are updated with relevant laws, regulations, and current practices.
