Rashad Fields native to Heidelberg Germany moved to Columbus, OH as a teenager. After several years of increasing responsibilities within the medical industry, he decided to pursue his life’s dream of real estate sales & and investing and to use this as a vein to further impact and help others. Rashad grew up in the Columbus area and rose from both humble and challenging beginnings, providing him the fortitude, poise, and grit needed to excel in his industry. His exceptional negotiating skills and refreshing candor allow him to provide his clients with a customer experience that is unmatched, unforgettable, and peer-to-peer referral-worthy. His "WHY" is to build his legacy and to help as many people as humanly possible reach their personal dreams. He is a father of four wonderful children; he loves traveling, and spending time with close friends and has recently found a new love for the sport of golf.
