About Rashed Arab

As a math teacher with three years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with students of all ages and levels of mathematical proficiency. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep passion for teaching and helping students to overcome their fear and misconceptions about math. In my previous job as a high elementary school math teacher, I was responsible for designing lesson plans, creating engaging classroom activities, and assessing student progress. I also provided one-on-one support to struggling students, which helped them to improve their grades and gain confidence in their math skills. One of my biggest achievements as a math teacher was helping a group of struggling students to pass their math exam with flying colors. These students had previously struggled with math and were at risk of failing the course, but with my support and guidance, they were able to achieve success. I also implemented several innovative teaching strategies that helped to make math more fun and engaging for my students. For example, I used games, puzzles, and real-world applications to make math concepts more relatable and understandable. This approach not only helped to improve my students' grades but also helped to foster a love of learning and curiosity. Overall, my experience as a math teacher has taught me the importance of being patient, compassionate, and flexible. I have learned how to adapt my teaching style to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each of my students, and I have seen firsthand the transformative power of education.
