Experienced in all stages of SME Business lifecycle including customer centric product development (all green banking products), customer selection and credit risk management and finally recovery from delinquent client and overall portfolio monitoring. • Setting up overall recovery strategy of SME business and execute the same throughout the year and to meet yearly profit target set by the management. • Take active part at the overall business strategy of the bank including product and profitability, human resources planning including training/development need assessment of team members, performance management and driving the large team of 430 members towards a common goal as a team. • All legal and regulatory support to across the organization as a "General Counsel".
