At one point in my life, my family and I lived in a small church in Cleveland, facing significant hardships, including relying on a chow line for meals.Those challenges could have easily defined my future, but instead, they lit a fire in me to excel and transform my circumstances.It was then that I found my first inspiration: my entrepreneurial mother.Despite limited resources, she started small businesses to support our family without relying solely on assistance. Her creativity, determination, and resilience taught me the value of self-reliance and the power of innovation to change lives.Those lessons shaped my journey.I began my career in telecommunications, working with industry leaders like Verizon and AT & T, where I designed secure communication systems and managed large-scale infrastructure projects that brought connectivity to millions.Later, at Accenture, I managed major projects for Fortune 500 companies, like Comcast & T-Mobile, learning how technology could not only solve problems but also create opportunities and improve lives.Eventually, my entrepreneurial spirit took over.I founded NetAesthetics, delivering IT solutions for industries like government, academia, and entertainment, and working with clients like the U.S. Government, Amazon, and more.From there, I launched Great Dwellings, a tech-enabled short-term rental property management company operating in three countries, where we create meaningful guest experiences while helping hosts maximize their investments.Today, my work spans industries, but my philosophy is simple: technology and innovation must serve people, not the other way around.Whether designing IT systems, reshaping hospitality, or mentoring others, I approach every endeavor with care, empathy, and intention. My mantra, “Do everything with love,” guides how I build businesses, empower teams, and create solutions that leave a lasting impact.I like to think that my story is one of resilience and purpose, showing that with determination, innovation, and a commitment to serving others, anything is possible.And yes, you really can do everything with love.
