Rashell Paling is the Founder and Executive Director of Statement Junky Inc, a youth development and global leadership nonprofit for Black and Latina girls, and the Principal Executive Coach of Rashell Paling Coaching and Consultancy LLC, an elite coaching collective dedicated to the progress, inclusion, and advancement of ambitious women and professionals seeking a purpose-driven transition in their career and in their lives. Her coaching is informed by more than 15 years of social impact leadership in the nonprofit, education, and social services sectors with functional expertise in strategy, program design, workforce development, organizational change management, human resources, and operations, including her most recent role as the Assistant Vice President of Hiring Services and Adult Training for the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Her goal as a seasoned coach is to help professionals create sustainable transformations in their careers and life. She’s often sought after by professionals seeking to transition into an expanded or leadership role, those looking to shift to another organization, and corporate professionals interested in a purpose-driven career transition.Throughout her career, Rashell’s partners in good deeds include nonprofit visionaries, educators, social service professionals, and corporate rockstars seeking a mission-aligned transition in their careers. In addition to her role as a nonprofit founder and executive coach, Rashell is the Educational Chair of the National Council of Negro Women Inc, Manhattan chapter. She's delivered speeches for institutions such as Baruch College, Morgan State University, and Touro College and supports the educational and career advancement as a PitchPrep Mentor and curator of workshops and online course series on topics ranging from nonprofit leadership, female empowerment, the power of a passport, and travel.
