As ecommerce Manager at eyewa, the largest online eyewear store in the GCC, I lead the development and implementation of the global online strategy, managing the the online platforms, and the key partnering accounts. I have a B.tech degree in Computer Science from Gautam Buddha University, which enables me to leverage technology and data to optimize the online customer experience and drive revenue growth. I have over seven years of experience in e-commerce, category management, and account management, working with leading companies such as AB InBev, Derrick Corporation, and Snapdeal. I have successfully delivered multiple projects across different geographies, markets, and categories, analyzing industry and consumer trends, devising long-term development strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators. I have also acquired multiple certifications in social media marketing, Google analytics, and e-retail power BI reporting. I am passionate about online business, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I always strive to learn new skills and contribute to the team and the organization.
