About Rashid Nazir

An aviation professional with diverse experience across the Canadian airline industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in business management, ground operations, flight dispatch, scheduling, flight training, cargo, and airline operations. I’m currently a B737 Captain at Air Canada, with a flying career that began in 2011. Prior to this, I spent several years at WestJet, where I flew the Dash 8 Q400 as a Training Captain and the B737NG/MAX as a First Officer and Simulator Instructor. Beyond aviation, I bring over 18 years of experience in retail and business management through my family’s retail textile business where I started working at a young age of 14. My passion for real estate investing spans more than a decade and led me to become a licensed Realtor® in Ontario working with one of the Top Small Teams based out of Kitchener-Waterloo, where I specialize in helping first-time buyers, investors, and clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. I’m committed to giving back — whether through volunteering for causes I believe in or mentoring aspiring pilots as they navigate their journey in aviation.
