About Rashida Yarde

I have acquired a passion not only for training and talent development, but also to create change and deliver a modern approach to human resources. As a development practitioner with over 10 years of experience, I am able to do this by leveraging my leadership expertise and overseeing end-to-end development activities. In addition, to my burning desire to shape the capabilities and optimize engagement among young people. Over time, this journey has enabled me with expertise of talent acquisition and people empowerment including employee advocacy, inclusion & diversity, information systems, health, safety & wellness, logistics, and training & on-boarding to name a few. In this regard, I am delighted to say that I have created and/or revamped several employee engagements programmes. As well as receiving distinguished awards including the Development National Scholarship, International Women’s Day Award-Community, and even Employee of the month among others. Outside of all those things, I enjoy hiking and the outdoors, the arts, trying new foods and watching movies. Let us connect and discover your talents!
