Bridging purpose & profit on the ethos of conscious capitalism am the cofounder of Milk Mantra a profitable consumer food startup solving the trust deficit in food. My forte as an entrepreneur is in managing key business drivers for sustained profitable growth and strengthened margins to creating brands incubating & mainstreaming new revenue channels and mentoring c-suite management teams. Over the years crafting the brand communication of the Milky Moo brand from creative to copy; and nurturing the #KeepMooing culture & mindset across the co remains closest to my heart! Founded in 2009 Milk Mantra has been widely featured globally for its unique business model in the Wall Street Journal Tech Crunch Bloomberg Forbes Fortune Business Today Economic Times Nikkei Asia etc and also in case studies by Stanford Business School & IIM Ahmedabad and was awarded Fast Company Most Innovative Company for two consecutive years. In my corporate avatar have worked in London & Johannesburg. While on my maternity leave(!) I was persuaded by my husband Sri (and by the little voice in my head) to join him on an entrepreneurial expedition to eastern India to create a challenger brand in the hitherto commoditized dairy industry. Living in the quaint city of Cuttack am appreciative of the simple way of life that our two children are growing up with.
