About Rashmi Basappa

I have spent the last 9+ years doing what product managers do - just without the title. At Uniphore, I owned enterprise client engagements end-to-end: gathering requirements, defining product scope, writing solution design documents, running UAT, and shipping to production. I contributed feature recommendations to the product roadmap based on field insights and customer feedback. I designed scoring frameworks - the Agent Performance Score and Customer Experience Score - that are now used by Allstate to coach agents and improve sales outcomes. And I improved AI intent recognition accuracy from 30% to 80% through systematic model tuning. Before that, at Mindtree and [24]7.ai, I led product analytics for Microsoft Bing Ads, designed predictive chat platforms for Vodafone and PayPal, and ran 25+ A/B tests to optimize sales funnels. My background sits at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise product — a combination that is increasingly rare and valuable. I am now making the move into a formal Product Manager role — specifically in AI products, B2B SaaS, or data-driven platforms — where I can own the full product lifecycle and drive outcomes at scale. If you are building something in AI, NLP, analytics, or enterprise software — I would love to connect. rashmi.basappa20@gmail.com | CSPO Certified | MBA — MS Ramaiah
