About Rashmi Birmole
My love for ideas and intellectual curiosity drove me to pursue an education in law. Cut to five years later I now work as an Associate with Finsec Law Advisors with a practice focused in financial regulatory and investment law. As a part of my work I am involved in advising listed companies funds wealth managers financial institutions and intermediaries in the investment and fintech space on regulatory compliance structuring and governance issues. I also regularly assist in representing clients in regulatory proceedings and contribute to research / policy projects undertaken by the firm. On the personal front I enjoy spending time with animals. As a passion project I manage the operations at Petcetra a Mumbai-based petsitting organisation. Dancing is a close second.
