Currently working in US Tech Solutions as a Senior Processor Trainer and taking care of all the New hire and Lateral hire batches. I am holding experience in train people on Product/Process/Soft Skills and Behavioral Training. I have worked on SOP Development/Content Creation/Live Call Auditing/TNI/TNA/Coaching/Feedback/Nesting and BQ Refreshers while working on different domains E-Commerce/Sales/Insurance and Recruiting. Currently contributing to the success of US Tech Solutions, where I am responsible for conducting lateral hire and freshers training, creating impactful PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), and developing engaging training content. During my tenure at Genpact, I held the position of Process Developer, where I excelled in cross-training, data management, and developing process knowledge transfer (PKT) materials. I also led initiatives to enhance PKT efficacy, developed content, and provided Six Sigma training. Additionally, I played a crucial role in new hire onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into the organization. Prior to joining Genpact, I worked as a Process Trainer at Tech Mahindra for almost three years. In this role, I excelled in training delivery, conducting training needs analysis (TNA), developing PKTs, SOPs, and content. I also provided soft skills training, delivered coaching and feedback, conducted live call auditing, and groomed content. Furthermore, I played a key role in onboarding new hires.
