I'm Dr. Rashmi Dube Kackar, a highly experienced professional with 15+ years of experience in the field of training and development. With a strong background in Economics and a Ph.D. in the same field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations improve their communication, interpersonal skills, and overall professional effectiveness. As the Director and Owner of the Inspirational Academy for Excellence in Ujjain, I have successfully trained students, teachers, housewives, and professionals in communicative English, personality development, and social graces.
