I’m an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in credit middle office operations, transaction monitoring, and risk mitigation strategies. Over the past several years, I’ve developed deep expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and operational governance, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the bank’s middle office. Currently, as part of the Firm Resilience Function, I contribute to strengthening the firm’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions that could impact critical business services. I support the development and implementation of the Firm Resilience framework, including policies, procedures, and governance programs, while staying aligned with evolving regulatory expectations. My role involves collaborating across global teams and functions to interpret regulatory guidance, prepare for resilience-related exams, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. I also analyze and organize complex data sets, create executive materials for committees and working groups, and help maintain the firm’s operational stability and resilience. I’m passionate about building strong, data-driven processes that enhance business continuity, promote compliance, and improve the overall resilience of financial institutions.
