About Rasika Jane

Hello, I am Rasika Jane, CA Final student and a post graduate. I have assisted and performed Internal Financial Controls audits of public and private companies which included implementing effective and appropriate financial controls to reduce risks. In 2017, I was a part of the Budget Analysis team in office, for the Union Budget by the then Finance Minister of India, Mr. Arun Jaitley. Also, I have conducted Statutory audits, Internal Audits, Tax audits, etc. of corporates, banks, co-operative societies, professionals and salaried clients.Academically, in standard 1st, 7th and 12th, I had secured the first rank in the class and was awarded the General Proficiency prize. I secured the 2nd prize in English Olympiad in 2011. I have appeared for multiple Olympiad(Science, Mathematics, English, Cyber), Holy Faith and 'Read N Grow' examinations in school.Apart from being a bright student, I was a National level skater who brought laurels in numerous skating competitions at the National, State and District levels for 13 years (2001-2013). In standard X, I became the House Captain. I have participated in numerous elocution, essay writing and debate competitions. In 2008, I had cleared Prarambhik exam of Indian Classical Singing and aspire to pursue the further levels in future. Since childhood, I have participated and won numerous painting and singing competitions. I enjoy writing, reading and listening to interviews.In 2015, I was awarded the 1st prize for Book Review competition for a book authored by Robert Schuller. I was an active member of the Environment Cell in the college. For 3 years (2016, 2018 and 2019), I had represented the college in Yoga competitions at the university level and also participated in many Yoga competitions.Performing or delivering lectures on the stage is what gives me the utmost amount of happiness, satisfaction and solace. I have also conducted webinars on a range of topics like Public Speaking Skills, Mental Health, etc. Currently, I deliver guest lectures and conduct Yoga sessions and workshops at various NGOs, colleges, clubs, etc. As a tribute to Yoga, I have launched a brand named ‘RasikYog’ on 21st June 2022, an online Yoga class, with the aim of making the globe disease free and transforming people's health through Yoga.I got inclined towards the world of Finance and Accounts because of my love for numbers and the interest grew with time.
