About Rasika Limje

Over the years of work experience, I got the opportunity to fine tune personal skills like leadership, multi-tasking and communication. While working on the Postilion suite of applications for various clients in Europe, I gained considerable knowledge of how the Payments industry functions for the Merchants, Retailers and Financial institutions and have understood the business methodologies and processes followed in corporate sector. The global projects/onsite opportunities helped me evolve further to provide good throughput under stringent timelines and further improvise on project management and team building. My current role includes responsibilities such as understanding business requirements, designing solution, writing Product specifications or Impact assessment documents, estimating developer efforts, providing technical assistance or mentoring, coding, testing and providing post-delivery or production support with root cause analysis. I am a highly organised and personable individual with a constant learning and 'Never Give Up' attitude and intend to be a part of professional, dynamic and innovative team which works in competitive environment. It will give an opportunity to explore new challenges and drive me to perform to my fullest potential. As goes the saying 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy', I ensure my active participation in varied activities organised within as well as outside company.
