I also trained hard and polished my skills as an intern at Chateau De Pizay in Beaujolais, France for 6 months. Here, I was able to widen my knowledge about wine and food service as well as my communication skills and got to experience working in a different culture. My goal is to combine my academic knowledge and internship experience with my genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable dining experiences.
