About Rasmus Mosumgaard Tange

Leader focused on communication and information in an organization where everyone is heard, fostering a shared bond to achieve the company’s common goals in the best possible way. I have an eye for detail and work together with my teams to solve tasks the best way, ensuring optimal production and efficiency. I am always seeking new challenges, both human and technical, and I drive the integration of the technical world into our production, enabling us to stay ahead in development. I believe success is achieved as a team – everyone must be included! 8 years of experience from the Danish army. 6 years of them with the Army Special Forces - Jaegerkorpset as second in command in a support unit. In my work, I was co-responsible for the implementation, development and use of high-class communication equipment. I have been involved in deployments, gaining valuable experience. I have a background in physical training and was part of the national team for Naval Pentathlon. Through this, I have gained experience in leadership, specialized training, team development, problem-solving, and planning—skills that cannot be acquired through formal education, but must be tested and developed through personal experience. This process offers a unique form of development that not everyone has the opportunity to experience. These are skills I continue to use to this day. Selected to The AGCO Grain & Protein Talent Program 2022 - a year long development program. Received "Individual award for Craftsmanship" EAME Europe, Africa, Middle East 3 & 4 quarter 2022.
