From leader to coach I have worked in many different functions and touched on many business areas in several types of organizations - public and private. As a manager, I have had personnel responsibilities for large staff groups, several teams, team leaders and been responsible for virtually all areas of an IT organization. I know the importance of structures, technology and processes. However, it has been through working with relationships that I have experienced the greatest lasting changes and developments. Both with myself and the teams I have led. When I started my training as a gestalt therapist in 2016, it was to strengthen this competence. I quickly realized that I fell more naturally into the leadership role. I gave myself more space to be myself as a leader, became more clarified in what I wanted and did not want, and thereby experienced a greater freedom with my relationships - both employees, managers and colleagues. I was able to "scale" as the department grew and delegate more responsibilities with greater confidence in the people I had on the team. It is on this basis that I have established where I have completed several courses with leaders and teams.
