Business Development From a business development perspective, I am accustomed to analyze growth opportunities within new product offerings, expanding sales channels, and customer segments, formulate business cases, and consider organizational requirements and synergies for the initiatives to have viable commercial traction. Commercial Excellence Using creative problem-solving skills, I have developed and implemented brand new ways of analyzing market potentials and sales performance with the end goal of chaning the way sales reps understand their territories and get a smooth process for developing plans for how to grow in their districts. Being a solid sparring partner to sales management and the link to IT, I have solid experience in thinking how sales process and go to market activities are efficient.
