About Ratan Pandey

I have had a varied career, but the last 17 years have been in various roles at DHL Supply Chain. I was in Operations, then transitioned into a training role and for the last 3 years have been the Health and Safety Supervisor at the Bass- Pro site in Calgary. Safety is the foundation of any great organization and when you have a Safety First and a strong Safety Culture this will become the engine that drives your organization. A robust safety program includes training, observations through the leading indicators,incident reporting, root cause analysis along with DHL and OHS safety compliance, these are important components of safety and helps to keep our team safe on a daily basis. I have had the wonderful opportunity to help support a few DHL Start-Ups and this has exposed me to some wonderful opportunities and people. I have also been able to help support sites with the DHL CSCS and GoGreen training programs and this has given me the ability to tell people what DHL is all about and set the expectation of what the DHL culture is.
