Primarily handling an HR generalist profile including Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement and Employee Grievance Handling for 23 sites. • Handling recruitment for PAN India. • Handling the pre joining formalities from offer letter preparation to on boarding and induction of new employees. • Complete database management – creating and maintaining employee personnel files • Responsible for the Probation/confirmation/ Transfer/ Deputation process for 23 sites • Handling the exit formalities. • Ensuring accurate payroll advice is sent to compensation department for every payroll cycle & date generation for OT/Time office. • Responsible for temporary staffing and off roll employee management for PAN India. • Sourcing suitable profiles from job sites for opening given by Client Company. • Making calls to candidates, explaining the job profile and convincing for interviews. • Making job positing on job portals & managing database of responses. • Preparing daily tracker sheet for CVs sent to clients. • Maintaining daily attendance of different sites of employees. • Maintaining the Leave Records and MIS. • Coordinating for joining formalities of new joinees and preparing induction schedule. • Issuing Placement /Transfers/ Deputation letters. • Issuing HID Cards for new joinee.
