With over 24 years of work experience in various industry, I am currently Country Senior HR manager at Sherwin-Williams, the world's largest paint and coatings company. I manage the human resources function for India, overseeing performance appraisal, organizational development, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and compliance. I also partner with the global and regional HR teams to align the HR strategy with the business goals and the company culture. I supported the integration process after the acquisition by Sherwin-Williams. I have a strong background in HR and administration, having worked in various roles at Snecma HAL Aerospace, Sandhar Locking Devices, and Check & Cash Manpower Consultancy. I have developed and implemented HR policies and practices that foster a positive and productive work environment, enhance employee performance and satisfaction, and drive business growth. I am passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that values and respects every individual, and that empowers and enables them to achieve their full potential.
