Currently done out of Germany supporting centers in USA, Turkey, India, China and Germany o Setting up process, tools, Communication and collaboration models etc o Doing stake holder management, Pre-Sales activities across the globe etc Test Management of teams performing Manual and Automation testing in the areas of Integration, System and Regression testing of SAP/Smart Client/Desktop/Web/Handheld types of standalone and client/Server applications o Around Fourteen years of diverse experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance o Excellent ability to manage, plan, organize, prioritize work and meet/beat deadlines o Excellent Communication (verbal and written), recruitment, training, tracking and leadership skills with very good analytical capability o Expertise in working across different cultures and off shoring projects o Excellent ability to transition projects across globe in short duration o Excellent ability to handle teams as Manager onsite/offshore to do manual or automation testing with minimal or no documentation (brief KT or application walk though from onsite) o Exposure to CMM, Agile methodologies like Agile – Scrum o Extensive experience in the areas of SAP, CDI, GUI, Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Adhoc, Smoke, web services and user acceptance testing (UAT) of SAP, windows, web and embedded applications o Setup Test Factory with standardized delivery model.
