About Ratna Ekawati

I'm not the best but 'limited edition', with a lot of flaws and a few advantages. My work experience since 2003 started in accordance with my educational background in Finance, Accounting and Tax. Started entering the Finance, Investment and Capital Market industry in 2005, and since 2013 'the way of life' has brought me deeper into the field of Human Resources. At the end of the day, here I am, an HR enthusiast, Lead of Human Capital functions with more than 11 years of experience in Organizational Development which include People Development, People Management, Human Capital Operations and General Affairs. Several experiences that i had include Organization Restructuring, Merger, Change Management & Culture Transformation, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Employee Appraisal and Remunerations, Leadership, Career Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning and Employee Relations. I believe that a healthy organization must have good leaders and human capital, proud to do every job with integrity and empathy, together to build a team with diverse experiences and develop and retain the best talent. I am also very passionate about encouraging people to 'next grade' to become better by maximizing their potential. My other experiences are related to the processing of foreign workers permits and documents and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
