With over a decade of corporate experience, I am an Assistant Team Lead at Accenture, a leading global consultancy firm. I have a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Marketing and a strong background in project management and customer service management. I have successfully led and implemented multiple projects for Verizon, one of the largest telecom companies in the world. I have managed the end-to-end project lifecycle, from understanding the scope and requirements to providing the internal and external resources with appropriate skill sets. I have also handled escalations, provided root cause analysis, and proactively mitigated risks and issues.
