About Rauf S.

I caught sky diving. The missing spark in my life ignited, the day I jumped out of an airplane. Singaporeans have a predominantly strict attitude to life, marked by clear authority structures and distinct social status lines. I wanted to break this pattern and left my cushy job to be an entrepreneur. I feel the same rush as an entrepreneur as I did in my first sky diving experience. In 2014, I founded Noble Sky Group of Companies which I head as the Chief Investment Strategist. During my first year as an entrepreneur, I made 16 trips to the USA flying long haul from Singapore. I was on a massive learning journey to dive in and participate in live auctions and foreclosures. This was a new world of opportunities and possibilities for me. I never felt more alive, learning, researching and growing my company. In the USA, I found many valuable properties and land tracts to invest in. I started to share my experiences and began to build my team and the education arm Noble Sky Institute. By 2019, NSI gained tremendous growth – we grew form one student for each teacher concept to running packed workshops regionally across Southeast Asia. Nowadays, I share my experiences via a live workshop in 7 countries, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam and our biggest market, Indonesia. I am grateful for the many senior roles I held which honed my aptitude for entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, I continue to work with my core team to impact Southeast Asia. Our mission is to teach students to create lasting wealth through US Real Estate. I continue to serve many individual high net worth investors and fund managers to advice on investment matters on real estate investments in the United States of America.
