I have more than a decade of experience in Administrative work, both in Tax as well as in Immigration fields. I also have experience in Refugee Resettlement Casework, and advanced skills in Public Affairs and Account Executive/Public Affairs work. Throughout my career, I have honed highly effective interpersonal communication skills leading to high client retention and account expansion, trained others to be successful in their positions, and led organizations to adopt emerging technologies and efficient processes. I successfully accomplished an upgrade to our payroll and to our marketing products for our Refugee Resettlement agency, took charge along with my supervisor of our Processing Department at our Tax Firm, and am currently growing our Political Campaigns department to new heights.
