With 18 years of experience in the FMCG environment developing global brands, having experience as General Manager in a Food & Beverage retail start-up, having worked as free-lance Senior business consultant in Paris, and after having brought to life two ventures in areas were I am passionate about: 1) Stories 4 Engagement - creating team engagement to drive business results. And 2) Rocky Studio - Producing powerful communication. I am, since June 2022, leading the international expansion of one of the most acclaimed F&B Portuguese brand, Manteigaria. Background: Career developed in Marketing, Trade marketing, Sales and Category management at Mars combining national and international responsibilities in a multicultural environment. Having experience in working and leading multinational and multi-functional teams as European Brand Leader. Defined and implemented Marketing Strategies with experience in brand positioning, Communication & product development for Europe. Responsible for top and bottom line results delivery and owning the business unit P&L’s. Managing Director of a Joint Venture between Mars and a French company between 2009 and 2011. Member of Leadership teams since 2008. Member of an international business board between 2009 and 2011 (joint venture between MARS Inc. and a French company AXÉRÉAL). Developed sales & negotiation competencies: Managed business through third parties and B2B sales relations; direct manager of a sales representative team.
