A professional in Global Development, Business & Finance, and Product Development, I have over 30 years of experience and academic studies. In Global Development (10 yrs): As Senior Country Operations Officer for Nicaragua, I have dedicated significant time as Country Manager, worked in the development and implementation of the Country Partnership Strategy of the World Bank Group with Nicaragua, and advanced a high performance portfolio. As Executive on the Board of Directors of the IDB’s Multilateral Financial Institutions, I provided Strategic, Corporate, and Policy Development for the economic and social improvement of Latin America. In Business & Finance (9 yrs): As Executive at Invercasa Financial Group, I advised on the Acquisition, Operations and Merger of its TV Cable Company. As Consultant, I advised on, led, and negotiated Nicaragua’s organization of the TMT industry, financial restructure of the state-owned telephone company, and its international Divestiture. As Program Manager at Motorola, I advanced its Wireless Infrastructure business in Latin America and the Caribbean. In Product Development (7 yrs): As Student, Engineer and Project Manager at Motorola, I designed and led teams in development of wireless devices. In Education (10 yrs): I have received degrees in International Studies, Business & Finance, and Engineering. Finally, in 2010, I completed the examination requirements for the Financial Risk Management (FRM) Certification. I am fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. I obtained the USA Citizenship in 2009.
