I am a dynamic Mexican-Pakistani American cisgender male deeply committed to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, fostering Leadership development, and leading Organizations through cultural changes. With nearly 15 years of experience serving diverse customers, I have developed outstanding interpersonal communication skills, enabling me to effectively navigate various barriers.My military service and role as a veteran in the educational and professional environment have provided me with a unique perspective and skills that align with my core values. Currently, I work as a Customer Service Specialist 2 at the Washington State Department of Licensing while finishing up my Bachelors degree, to be followed by a Masters in Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy.In my spare time, I am dedicated to empowering veterans, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and young people in pursuing system reform to better shape the workforce and improve the quality of life. I am committed to facilitating growth and fostering diversity within any team I work with, with the ultimate goal of ending racial, cultural, and ethnic disparities within systems and promoting leadership and growth opportunities for BIPOC+ members and all individuals equitably.Overall, I am an individual with exceptional drive and a clear mission to make a positive difference in the world.
