Throughout my experience as an information systems and technology development leader, I have successfully provided strong leadership to numerous staff members, while implementing efficient and innovative solutions to varying and complex issues facing my employers. In addition, I helped ensure that each company’s daily operational aspects were conducted in a highly professional manner and adhered to corporate standards, industry regulations, and professional ethics. While assuming each respective position, I faced and overcame numerous challenges. My organizational skills and professional attitude have allowed me to successfully complete any work-related tasks to which I have been assigned. During my tenure at each organization, I gained valuable insight into strategic business planning, technology operations, risk management techniques, and process optimization, all of which afforded an opportunity to develop and enhance my leadership skills.
