About Raul Ortiz

My background over the years has been diverse to say the least. I’ve gone from customer service to merchandising, back to customer service/sales & then on to welding. Currently I’m entering back into the sales world which I feel is my career calling. I'm on pace to thrive; due to the GREAT Prehired Science-Based Sales® training I've received! After beginning in the customer service fields I ventured on through some merchandising work. In both fields, I was satisfied with having good jobs but I knew then that it wouldn’t fulfill a lifetime desire for excelling and succeeding in life. I then brought myself to get into customer service/sales where I felt the most challenges up to that point. Having to assist customers and upsell/overcome objections daily while taking 80-100 calls was challenging! That’s when I knew I was built for the everyday grind and found that I loved the aspect of showing grit to figure out people’s objections (in a friendly way of course). It was these moments that made me fall in love with the sales life. Being able to join the SaaS industry with my current skills plus added ones provides me with a newfound will to bring clarity in helping to close deals! Ps. I’m determined to make the best of this opportunity & push myself to the highest peak available. Thanks for taking the time to read briefly into my story!
