Superior technical aptitude gained through my work experience over more than 10 years in an IBM Subsidiary company (ViewNext) and my education background. I also have Management aptitude gained through my professional growth and a master in project management.Great communication skills in talking, listening and assessing requested desires, and assisting to satisfy requirements. Great ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and in different situations, creating a healthy fruitful cooperation at all levels and within all sectors and earning trust of others.Analytical mind, I have demonstrated problem solving ability. I can handle multiple competing priorities, work under extreme high pressure situations and also get tools and main lines to ensure that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.Because of my creativity, leadership and technical knowledge I possess high levels of initiative, judgment, and tact, giving specific treatment to each situation.Starting from a technical profile on I turned into Technical Expert on 2012 and grow to Leadership on 2013 being Team Leader on multiplatform technical groups. I am currently working as Project Manager, being in charge of a support team in a production environment. My responsibilities include coordinating multiple projects, keep track of opening projects, and several other management level task.Used to work delivering results, with a high sense of compromise, I possess a high level of discipline while being open minded displaying a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.
