I’m the founder and owner of a legal recruiting firm, a graduate of USC Gould School of Law and the U.S. Air Force Academy, and a veteran. I pride myself on my integrity, work ethic, and my ability to lead, teach, and manage — as well as to learn, follow, and execute when the moment calls for it. With more than 20 years of recruiting experience, I’ve built a proven track record as a top individual contributor, sourcing, recruiting, and placing both active and passive job seekers across a wide range of functions. While my specialty lies in legal talent, I’ve also placed professionals in C-level, technical, accounting, HR, and administrative roles. I’ve built and led successful recruiting teams, scaled operations, and created systems that support long-term growth. A former Division I athlete, I’m naturally competitive and thrive both independently and in team environments. I’m forever curious—drawn to challenges and energized by learning. I’m passionate about people and never tire of discovery. As it was at the start, I remain fascinated by the what, how, and why behind people’s career paths—and the places and spaces that show up on the resumes and CVs used to define them. Ultimately, I’m a driver—motivated to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations every time.
