Hello, everyone! My name is Raushan Kumar Pathak, and I am excited to share my teaching and research experiences with you. With a strong academic background and a passion for mathematics, I have dedicated myself to guiding and mentoring students on their academic journey. I have had the privilege of working with Vedantu Innovations Pvt. Ltd. as a mathematics educator, where I focused on preparing students for the IIT-JEE exam. My approach to teaching involves fostering problem-solving abilities through student-focused methods. I believe in promoting active discussions and participation to create an engaging learning atmosphere. Additionally, I provided one-on-one mentoring and addressed students' doubts through platforms like Telegram, offering video solutions to enhance their understanding. In addition to my teaching experience, I am pursuing a Masters in Mathematics at IIT Bombay. I have completed a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Hons.) from LP Shahi College, Patna. Along the way, I have cultivated skills in communication, adaptability, collaboration, teamwork, and quick learning. I am proud to have achieved several milestones like securin good All India Rank in the IIT Jam exam. In my teaching philosophy, I firmly believe in recognizing each student's unique strengths and utilizing them to unlock their full potential.
