With over eight years of experience in the higher education sector, I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic and professional goals. As an Enrollment and Program Specialist at The Data Incubator, I leverage my skills in problem solving, time management, and phone etiquette to provide exceptional service and support to prospective and current students. I am committed to the mission and vision of The Data Incubator, which is to bridge the gap between academia and the business world by offering immersive and rigorous data science programs. I value diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and I strive to bring these principles to my work every day. In my current role, I am responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and fostering rapport with potential students. I deliver comprehensive information on program prerequisites, deadlines, and specifics, and I address inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels. I also collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams within The Data Incubator to ensure successful onboarding of new students. In addition, I hold a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy University, and I have completed three levels of the Pragmatic Marketing Certification, which enhance my knowledge and skills in non-profit, public, and organizational management. I am proud of the impact that I have made on the lives of hundreds of students who have graduated from The Data Incubator and gone on to pursue rewarding careers in the data science field.
