A dynamic professional having 13 years of diversified rich experience in seed industry in handling hybrid seed production and parent seed production in various crops like, Cotton, Corn, Sunflower, Millet, Jawar, Paddy, Mustard and vegetable crops in different zones in states of AP, Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu. Handled HSP activities in field crops such as Cotton, Corn, Sunflower, Bajra, Millet, Paddy, Mustard. In vegetables like, Tomato, Chilli, Okra, Cucurbits and Melon crops. In Parent seed handled Cotton, Millet, Paddy and Mustard crops. Having strong organiser networks in all locations like, in AP, Telangana, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu states. Location experiences in Karnataka-Singadi, Gajendragada, Koppal, Ranebennur, Sira, Chintamani, B Kothakota, Bellary, Bagepalli, and Huvina Hadagali areas. In AP & TS-Gadwal, Nandyal, Kurnool, Pormamilla, Prodatur, Eluru, Khammam, Rajamundry, Karimanagar, Warangal, Huzurabad and Chegunta areas. In Tamil Nadu like Attur and Kallakurchi areas. In Gujarat Idar, Khedabhrahma, Bodeli, Bayad and Sabarakanta areas. In Maharashtra like, Deulagaon Raja, Lonar, Washim, Chikhali & Nanded areas. Planning daily activities, production schedules & allocating work for achieving of assigned targets ( Planning-Execution-Verification-Validation ). Developing and building the strong & efficient team for best deliveries with assigned responsibilities and accountabilities. Guiding the team and empowering to executing the plans for achieving the targeted volume. Implementing quality systems and procedures to facilitate quality seed productions. To develop production mandates according to environmental conditions. Design and conduct experimental trials for productivity improvement. Strengthen existing production locations & identifying new locations for healthy seed production. Proficient use of computer skills for making presentations, analysis and documentations. Handled production related issues/conflicts. Dedication in maintaining high quality standards and sincere towards given assignment and ability to achieve the best.
