A financial services professional with 20+ years of leadership experience in Corporate Lending Private Credit Investment Banking Project Finance Fixed-Income Instruments and Alternative Investments. Worked in Banks NBFCs Investment Banks Corporate Finance and Structured Credit roles extensively covering different forms of corporate credit assignments. In my past professional assignments I have been extensively involved in capital raising from PSU Banks Private Banks NBFCs Mutual Funds Developmental Financial Institutions Infrastructure Debt Funds Insurance and Retiral Funds Venture Debt lenders High net worth individual investors etc. for a host of corporate clients. I have successfully handled life-cycle financing requirements of businesses including greenfield project financing brownfield expansions working capital financing refinancing restructuring etc. wherever required. I am honored to have received numerous professional awards throughout my career. In my current role I am part of an Investment Banking business where I am handling three diverse roles: (a) building our own credit book in participation with a consortium of high net worth individual investors where we extend Private Credit to emerging businesses operating profit generating startups financing promoters MSME and mid-corporate clients and alike; (b) providing Investment Banking services to select corporate clients where we assist them in raising equity/ quasi-equity/ senior or subordinate debt from multiple channels; and (c) building an online bond platform for democratizing investments and trading in corporate bonds enabling exposure to diversified high-yield bearing investment opportunities. In addition to my professional experience I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Finance. I have also pursued Advanced Programme in Fintech and Financial Blockchain from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. I am passionate about cultivating strong professional networks and my expertise in business relations has provided a distinct advantage in building sustainable long-term partnerships.
