About Ravi Menon

As General Manager at one of Canada’s top volume Mazda dealerships, Ravi Menon provides the Erin Mills Mazda team with inspiration, motivation, and leadership. His motto is "Perfection is our Goal, Excellence is Tolerated!" This motto has characterized his career and his approach to life. Soon after his arrival in Canada in 2001, Ravi was demonstrating his passion for excellence on the dealership sales floor by setting sales records that stand to this day. His talent, dedication, and enthusiasm were rewarded by progressive increases in responsibility to New Car Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and in 2007, he was asked by the owners to lead the business as General Manager. During his tenure, Erin Mills Mazda sales have more than doubled, customer service levels have improved to the highest levels in its history, and the dealership has won Mazda Canada’s coveted Grand Performer Award on multiple occasions and the crown was added when the dealership won the prestiges Presidents club award. Despite these accolades, Ravi maintains a very “hands on” approach to the business and can be found at the dealership most days, coaching, mentoring, and motivating all members of the team.
