Success is no accident, It's a hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do and i believe in this. I have 12 years experience in the Real-Estate. I completed one Group Housing Society name called Royal Nest at Noida Extension and am currently working in a Commercial project India Expo Plaza at Greater Noida. I worked as a CRM Head/Manager in both organisation and handle all types of work related to CRM and sales support. I completed 1025 Nos. of units/clients and more than 20 dealers in Royal Nest project and working with 575 nos.(working in 200 and more) of units/clients in India Expo Plaza. I communicate to all clients, dealers, bankers to execute recovery, documentation, updates against projects and many more. I worked in Real-estate software and trained to co-worker also. I'm also ready for a graph to develop real estate software as company's norms/desire. I'm ready to take challenges to complete work in stipulated time/periods. In the working period, I build a good relationship with HDFC Ltd, ICICI Bank, Indian Bank, State Bank of India, PNB Housing Finance Ltd and many more. I also take care to prepare documents of loan clients and help them for sanctioning and disbursement. I'm a quick learner and deliver my best performance.
