As an Assistant General Manager at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I leverage my 17+ years of experience to deliver high-quality finance and accounting (F&A) Delivery and transformation for global clients. I manage multiple projects across different domains, such as financial planning and analysis (FP & A), general ledger (GL), record to report (R2R), accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. I also lead and mentor a team of F&A professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. I have successfully completed several transitions and transformations, enabling digital solutions and business value for my clients and my organization. Previously, I held similar roles at Shipco IT Private Limited and Wipro, where I contributed to the F&A and FP & A functions of various business units along with supporting Transformation and Transitions at global level.
