About Ravi Swami

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DataSoft Technologies, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT and non-IT roles across various domains and levels. I use social recruiting tools and platforms to attract and engage with qualified and diverse talent pools, and leverage human resources information systems (HRIS) to manage and track the recruitment process. I have a PG in UX Designing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Rajasthan Technical University. I have a keen interest in user experience and design, and I apply my knowledge and skills to enhance the candidate experience and employer branding. I have also completed an internship trainee at Northern Western Railway, where I gained valuable exposure to the railway sector and its operations. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of finding the best fit for the organization and the candidate.
