About Ravi Wijethunga

As the assistant administration Manager of Millerholz & Co, which is providing high end flooring solutions to the Sri Lankan market, I have been given responsibilities in running entire operation apart from sales. Basically HR, Administration, Accounts including local purchases, warehouse are under me and overlook the engineering when needed. It is a great experience working with this family and sometimes I feel like I am running a my own business since the top management has given me the freedom of decision making within my scope I am handling. I was completed my bachelors at University of Peradeniya and it is a second lower class specialized honours degree in Business Administration (Marketing management). I did my final year research to see the relationship between sales management and brand loyalty with five different companies in Sri Lankan FMCG market. Also I have completed CAB 2 level exam of CASL. I was the Head prefect of my school in 2007 and in university also I was engaged in lots of extra curricular actives. Specially I am a hiker and a social worker in a greater extent. I was with Lankem consumer products for my internship and just after completing my degree, I joined with Mercantile fortunes (pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Mercantile Group. Then I joined with Millerholz & Co, as a marketing executive and then moved to administration.
