I am a proactive and achievement-oriented professional offering over 21 years of experience in heading security operations; rich back ground of BSF while specializing in international border safety, security, and management with skills in conducting investigations relating to sensitive security issues and modern security intelligence, General Administration surveillance systems in peaceful and violent situations. I am a forward thinking person with proficiency in successfully developed security frameworks, conducted risk assessment & mitigation, made high-stake decisions and advised on large-scale projects; effective in crisis management & security under adverse climate & terrain and engaging with external agencies, including police and government organizations such as IB, CBI, RAW, SIB, Local Police, Utilized intelligence gathering, risk assessment, and collaborative partnerships to bring about positive impacts for the company. My strength lies in successfully led the implementation and upgrading of access control systems, evolving from an RFID card system to a biometric access system (fingerprint), and culminating in the introduction of a face recognition system (FRS). Fostered collaborative efforts within the team to continually strengthen the access control system.
