About Ravinder Kaur

A lifelong learner and dedicated academician, I am passionate about developing innovative teaching methods and mentoring students to achieve their full potential. With over three decades of teaching Electronics & Communication at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi, I strongly advocate that education must travel beyond the realm of classroom to realise students’ unique talents and inherent potential. To further hone my pedagogical prowess, I have pursued certifications in Design Thinking and Startup Ecosystems. This expertise has enabled me to conduct numerous workshops on these domains, as well as effective learning pedagogies and the National Education Policy. I have also made significant contributions to Faculty Development Programs, Curriculum Development Committees, and Journal Reviews. Besides contributing to the teaching-learning landscape, I also serve as the Executive Innovation Officer at Udhmodya Foundation, a non-profit organization, the Incubator of the University of Delhi. Additionally, I have been actively engaged in various philanthropic initiatives pertaining to skill development at Samarth Bharat. My unwavering commitment to lifelong learning is manifested in the pursuit of relevant certifications from prestigious institutions such as the University of Virginia and Harvard University.” l look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise while being a continuous lifelong learner.
