With over 19 years of experience in consulting and the industry, I excel in advising business leaders, governance committees, and functional leaders on navigating cross-border regulatory challenges to pursue global market opportunities. I have worked across assurance, risk consulting, and regulatory line of business. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of setting up and leading the team spread across various countries, build strong solutions and deep relationships with my clients and stakeholders who are recognized as leaders in having best-in-class global legal and compliance programs. Currently with my team, I’m helping various global organisations (including Fortune 100 and 500 organizations) primary from Technology and Service sector and / or having Global Captive Centers (GCCs) in their transformation and growth agendas via (a) setting up global legal and compliance CoEs, aligned with strategy, purpose and values of an organisation;(b) strengthening / building future ready and agile compliance functions at enterprise and functional level; and (c) conducting in-depth diagnostics of current state, identifying compliance risks, embedding compliance into business processes and decision making, and so on We are also helping global CHROs and HR leaders to be future ready and embrace emerging global workforce regulatory risks with agility and in tech enabled manner, and in aligning global and regional workforce practices. I collaborate closely with PwC global employment law leaders to bring differentiated value to engagements. Currently I’m focusing on creating solutions and services to address to emerging technologies or tech enabled services triggered laws and regulations, viz, cloud computing, data privacy, artificial intelligence, cyber security, IoT, operational resilience, critical infrastructure and so on Having traveled to over 25 countries, I bring a global perspective to business globalization.
