I’m an innovative, versatile professional with an 23 year background in frontline customer service, business and technical support with expertise in the insurance, human resource management and general administration. I am a strategic problem solver dedicated to providing sustainable solutions across multiple business lines to drive organizational efficiency and maximize profitability. My extensive education and professional accomplishments have contributed greatly to my abilities to provide valuable business support in the insurance and HR fields. For the past twenty years, I have fulfilled a number of roles at New India Insurance Company, Ltd, Government of India’s leading insurance company. Most recently, I oversaw business and technical support for the organization. In this role, I drove operational efficiency across multiple business lines via training and development, process improvement initiatives, and technical maintenance. Previous experiences with the company include HR Analyst, Underwriter, and Administrative Assistant.
