With over 22 years of experience in facility management and administration, I am currently the Sr. Director of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) for India, APJ & Middle East at Software AG, a global leader in Integration Software. In this role, I oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with the business objectives, budget, and sustainability goals. I also manage the vendor relationships, contracts, and performance, delivering high-quality services and solutions to the internal and external stakeholders. My core competencies include lease negotiation, landlord relationship management, building new facility for IT setup be it small or big, end to end facility management, vendor management, contract negotiation, project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
